Do you have a strong desire to help bring basic financial education to diverse and underserved communities in Minnesota?
Are you willing to commit time to help MNFEI succeed?
Key areas of engagement as a MNFEI Board Member:
Work to locate potential volunteer opportunities and non-profit partners in Minnesota
Seek to source volunteers directly or via contact with local organizations
Review, evaluate and provide thoughtful input on the materials created to run MNFEI and the materials used by MNFEI in the classroom
Work to source “MNFEI Ambassadors” at local firms and work with those contacts to help MNFEI succeed
Assist in generating financial support from local firms, non-profits, and other sources for the MNFEI program
Assist the Board with strategic planning and program execution oversight
Average weekly time commitment of approximately 1-5 hours.
